Spiritus Christi Prison Outreach

During my college years, one of my first web design projects was creating a website for Spiritus Christi Prison Outreach in Rochester, NY. The organization provides housing, support, and resources to individuals transitioning from incarceration, helping them rebuild their lives and reintegrate into the community.

Although the website is no longer active, the project was an invaluable learning experience. I focused on improving the user experience, making it easier for visitors to understand the organization’s mission, access resources, and make donations. I designed wireframes, built responsive layouts, and incorporated features aimed at increasing engagement and support.

This project taught me the importance of combining thoughtful design with real-world impact. It helped me develop practical skills in UX/UI, content organization, and client collaboration—skills I continue to build on today.
